Well she did it. Ellie is officially on the move. Today she accomplished what I have decided to call the Quasi Moto Crab Crawl. Imagine the hunchback of Notre Dame crawling sideways. Funny huh? Well, at least she’s moving. I had a funny conversation with our friend Ginette the other day about how Eleanor has a cautious personality. She wasn’t quite adventurous enough to crawl earlier, and even now she seems concerned that she might get stuck somewhere she doesn’t want to be.

As if that wasn’t enough, Eleanor also pulled herself up onto the couch by herself for the first time today. Way to go Ellie. Pictures to follow, our camera is out on loan so I couldn’t capture anything today.

Last Sunday I enjoyed my first Mother’s Day. It was a very special day. We saw a lot of our family and friends. Being Ellie’s mom is the best job I’ve ever had. Here’s some recent family photos from this month.
